About Adicore

We build around what AI makes newly possible.

An AI studio. We build and deploy AI where it can change what an organization can do — and we start companies around the problems we find.

Our mission

AI changes what is possible. Adicore builds what becomes possible next.

The world was built around its limits. When intelligence moves a limit, the habits, rules and businesses built around it have to change too.

That change is where most of the value is. It is the work we chose.

Where we stand

Independent, by design.

A few giant companies will build the world’s AI. We do not compete with them, and we do not compete with you. We choose tools around the problem and build on knowledge your company controls.

“We start with the problem, not the technology.”

What we believe

Four rules we keep.

  1. 01

    Start from what’s true

We ask what is actually true, not what is usually done.

  2. 02

    Work with anyone

We choose AI tools around the work, without tying your knowledge to one provider.

  3. 03

    Yours stays yours

Your confidential knowledge remains yours. We agree ownership and reuse before we build.

  4. 04

    No hype

A working proof, an agreed measure, and a clear next step.

Where we are going

Now, next, later.

  1. 01 · Now

    Our first industry.

Starting with focused problems and working proofs.

  2. 02 · Next

    Companies of our own.

Starting companies around the problems we find.

  3. 03 · Later

    More industries.

And our own money behind the best ideas.

Founder

Aditya Sharma

Adi works where building meets capital.

At ScaleUp Labs, a venture studio in Boston and San Francisco, he built the systems behind new companies. As a venture investor, he has seen what gets backed and why.

Adicore joins the two. See what is becoming possible. Find the constraint that holds it back. Then choose how to move it: build a company, partner with one, or back a team that can.
